Our MGN is Light Pre-load not No Pre-load. If you think the block is a little hard to move when you received the product ,please press the carriage and move it for several times first ,also you can use some lubricant on the rail or into the carriage , it will be more fluent !

Although the packaging was lackluster and could be more protective of the linear guide, it arrived inside a sealed bag and was well oiled and seemed fine overall.
Be careful though as there’s no lock to keep the carriage from sliding off the linear guide.
