LT-K20 (Optical Power 20W) Features:

LaserTree K20 is a true 19-21W output optical power laser engraving and cutting module. It uses beam compressed technology to combine 4pcs 5W laser diodes into a powerful laser beam with 20W laser power.

Excessive working temperatures can reduce the life time of the laser head at an accelerated rate.

LaserTree K20 create a solution with working temperature display,so that you can check the internal temperature of the module easily. When the working temperature of laser module over 55 ℃, it will sound an alarm through the buzzer.

6.Red Cross Line Locating

The working frame can be positioned by red crosshair, it is helpful for improving the convenience of the secondary cutting and engraving as well.

7. Copper Core Protection Lens.

Easy to clean and replace when the lens is contaminated or dusty.

8. Laser View Window

Anti-blue light view window with optical glass material, protective your eye from blue light, no fear of fiames.

9. Widely Compatible Design

In order to improve the compatiblity to different laser engraver machine, K20 provide a solution by adapter board for electric compatibiliy, and sliding plate with multi holes for installation compatibility.

For Cutting

Please make the focus locate lower than the cutting material surface.

For example, if you want to cut 10mm material, the focus should be 5mm lower than material surface, please adjust the fixed focus lever to 5mm.

Lens Maintenance

 

When the laser module is not used for a long time, please ensure that the lens is not polluted by dust.

 

When you replace the air nozzle, please ensure that your operation will not pollut the lens. Finger prints or dust on the lens will weaken the output power of the laser module, or even damage the lens.

 

When you find the cutting ability decreases, the lens might be not clean. Please use a clean alcohol swab to clean it according to the following figure.
