I was so excited to get started after receiving my package however, I received the incorrect power supply. I need for NORTH America, Canada to be more specific. Is there an adapter you can send me instead of having to return the entire unit? I really want to get going on some projects as soon as possible. Photo 1 shows what I got. Photo 2 an example of the plug needed.

This engraver is excellent. the quality of finish is superb. There are a few little quirks within the app (trying to resize text that has been rotated through 90 degrees by using the numeric dimensions is near impossible) but all in all it’s a really good little machine.
