I have a self-made laser cut. Gradually I did some upgrades, now it was definitely time to change the card. I had a 32-bit card with grbl32 on board and couldn’t get engraving speeds even close to 100mm/sec.
I was undecided whether to buy Ruida or trocen because Ruida costs about 50 € more than trocen, which also has a touch display that is very very useful. So I chose trocen and I must say that I immediately noticed substantial differences from the card where it turned grbl. Speeds up to 500mm/sec high, at least for my machine, as well as the risk of it dismounting …. 100% guaranteed precision and repetitiveness. After performing the lines as a test, even after a home, repeating the work the laser affects exactly the same points. Simple to connect and manage. Only flaw in 7813 it is not possible to associate the rotating device to the Z axis, so they are forced each time to exchange the pin of the x-axis with that of the rotating table.
