Changed on a 3D printer. For the experiment, he hit the old angle on the corner with a new guide. A serif appeared on the old guide, but not a scratch on the new one. I think these guides are much better than the old stock ones, which have worked for 5 years.

I ordered two of these together in a pair, so will only leave one feedback here.
They will require cleaning, to make sure they slide freely. That’s pretty standard for these carriages, but the other carriage on another rail from a separate order, slides like a dream, and just required a bit of quality grease.
These carriages feel sticky, and don’t feel like the bearings are sliding at all. So from coming from the same seller, the quality of the bearing blocks are not the same, as I would have expected them to be.

Bearing carriage slides super smooth and freely. usually I have to take them apart and clean and polish a bit to get perfect, but this one was great right out of the box.

Had to do some scrubbing with isopropyl alcohol to get rid of factory gunk and then re-lube with Super Lube (watched a video for proper application). After that these things run smooth as butter. Couldn’t be happier.
